Understanding Public Policy and the Policy Process

This manuscript contains draft chapters of a book in process by Doug McArthur, Professor and Distinguished Fellow in the Graduate Program in Public Policy at Simon Fraser University.

It is intended for readers wanting an introduction to public policy-making and an exploration of some of the important issues and controversies among scholars about policy studies and the policy process.
